The London Lions officially finished off their 21'/22' WBBL season undefeated after their victory against the Sevenoaks Suns, 90-76.
This victory came not long after the Lions were officially crowned champions of the regular season at a record of 23-0, giving them their first WBBL title in the club's history.
Their final game against Sevenoaks was no blowout. London came out of the gates quick but the Suns were able to remain within striking distance throughout the game.
However, it was the late game heroics of Shanice Beckford-Norton - who finished with 17 points - that gave the Lions the separation they needed, hitting the big shots down the stretch.
The Lions will now prepare for their playoff campaign this weekend, which if all goes to their plan, will give them their fourth title out of four possible titles this season.
